President and CEO Martha E. Denny is a professional accountant who is driven, practical and innovative. She provides accurate, understandable and manageable accounting services with an extensive understanding of what the small to medium and independent business owners need. She strives to lead her clients to financial wellness.

At age fifteen, Martha arrived in the USA from Mexico. Martha devoted much of her time to serving families, independent business owners, and professionals alike. She has strong work ethics, organization, and people skills, enabling her to understand the unique needs of business clients. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Enrolled Agent federally licensed tax practitioner, and a Public Notary. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) the National Notary Association, National Association of Professional Women, National Society of Accountants, and the Capitola Soquel Chamber of Commerce.
